English Dictionary “fortress” is defined as:
a fortified place: stronghold, especially: A large and
permanent fortification sometimes including a town. A place that is
protected against attack!
The Lord has been talking to me for a long time about local churches across the earth representing Him and in His wisdom, he has defined these local churches across the earth as “Fortress churches”, Believers in Christ strategically placed for battle, and for reaching out to those in need, regaling them with the good news of the Gospel of the Kingdom.
This book seeks to describe what is a “Fortress Church”. We would be looking into the dynamics of this Church as described in Jacob’s vision in Genesis Chapter 28, also as described by the Prophet Isaiah, in Isaiah Chapter 2 and as the one detailed in a Psalm of the sons of Korah in Psalms Chapter 48. We would also be looking at a working model of this type of church as found at Antioch in the Book of Acts. Finally we would be exploring the church at Ephesus, where the Apostle Paul by the Holy Spirit revealed some powerful descriptions of the Church!

The Bible has a lot to say about leaven and its effects upon the Believer. Leaven as an ingredient gives a false sense of growth. In the New Testament there are at least six types of leaven spoken about and we will be exploring them in detail, in order to ensure that our lives are completely free of the first five, and completely influenced by the sixth!
